Orders generally ship 10-15 business days after your order is placed. Since each order is custom-made, we strive for these timelines but cannot guarantee them.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate it and make it right.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return the item and request a refund if you are not happy for any reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition you received it.
To start a return, you can contact us by emailing returns@niftydisplays.xyz. Once we are notified, we will send you instructions on where to return your item(s). Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please be advised that you will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Since the prints are custom-made to your image or NFT, they cannot be returned for a refund. However, we can refund the full price of the backlit display, less the cost of the print ($79).
